Refurbish Process

  • Preliminary Check :
    An initial inspection is performed to determine proper functionality to manufacturer specifications. Any damaged parts and/or missing parts are identified. Once the unit is approved it goes into technical refurbishment stage.
  • Technical Refurbishment Stage
  • Cleaned :
    The unit is first cleaned off to disinfect and remove any dirt, then the unit is dissembled and the batteries are replaced to enable them to go thorough further technical Process.
  • Technical Process :
    Our biomedical department is equipped with the latest testing tools, which are calibrated and certified periodically by testing companies. Each equipment parameters are calibrated and functionally verified to satisfy the original equipment manufacturer specifications. . At this stage, all parts or components that are not performing properly are replaced and repaired according to OEM specifications. Upon replacement of malfunctioning parts and components, the unit is then reassembled and it is ready to undergo further testing and calibration.
  • Testing :
    At this point, all accessories, peripherals and modules commonly used with the equipment are tested so overall operation and effectiveness can be verified. Throughout this process, every replacement, testing and servicing are properly recorded by the biomedical engineers.
  • Cosmetic Refurbishment stage :
    The next step to assure the highest quality of our products is our complete cosmetic & Recondition process. At this point, every piece of equipment is inspected for any wear And tear. Units are then sanded, primed and painted as necessary. We use the highest Quality products in this process and all equipment is painted in our brand new AFC paint Booth by factory trained staff. The result of this comprehensive process, is a piece of Equipment that is completely functional and free of all blemishes.
  • Quality Analysis :
    Before dispatch, The Equipment is tested and undergoes a functional and safety inspection by a biomedical technician to ensure whether the product matches with the standard of OEM.
